60-Day Return Policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
Eligibility: You may return any product purchased directly from Insert Toolless Products within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@insertsolarlights.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number in the email.
Once you receive your RMA number and return instructions, securely package the item and ship it back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product (see Warranty section below).
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
One-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Insert Solar Lights.
Coverage: Insert Toolless Products warrants that your product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Within the one-year period, Insert Toolless Products will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to improper material or workmanship.
What is NOT Covered: This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation (i.e., not following the simple, toolless installation method).
How to Claim Warranty Service:
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately at info@insertsolarlights.com.
Provide your original order number, a detailed description of the defect, and photos or video if possible.
If a defect is confirmed, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions for the return of the defective unit. Insert Toolless Products will cover the shipping costs for defective products returned within the warranty period.
Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, we will ship a replacement unit to you.
